This document governs the contractual terms between SYVE Eyewear LLC, located at 123 Main Street, New York, NY 10001 (hereinafter "SYVE Eyewear") and users of the syve-eyewear.com platform. For any questions, please contact us at info@syve-eyewear.com.
1. General Provisions
These terms and conditions govern access to, browsing, and use of the SYVE Eyewear website, as well as purchases of luxury frames made through it. Use of the platform implies full acceptance of these terms.
2. Account Use
Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials (if applicable). SYVE Eyewear reserves the right to suspend or cancel accounts in the event of suspicious or fraudulent activity.
3. Product Descriptions and Accuracy
We make every effort to ensure that photographs and descriptions of frames are as accurate as possible. Since most products are rare or pre-owned pieces, descriptions clearly indicate the actual condition. Details regarding reference number, caliber, and materials are considered accurate based on evaluations performed.
4. Prices (USD) and Payments
Prices displayed on the site are expressed in US dollars (USD). The final transaction is documented at the price shown at checkout. All applicable taxes are included or disclosed during checkout.
5. Orders and Cancellations
Placing an order represents a firm intent to purchase the product. We reserve the right to cancel an order for legitimate reasons (e.g., unforeseen out-of-stock situation). Any amount previously retained in such cases will be refunded promptly.
6. Shipping
Shipments are made via authorized carriers and include insurance at the value of the item shipped. The estimated delivery time for in-stock products is 2–3 business days within the United States.
7. Returns and Refunds
In accordance with applicable US consumer protection laws, customers have the right to return products within 14 calendar days of receipt. The frame must be accompanied by all original documents and accessories, in the intact condition in which it was delivered, including our authenticity seals if present.
8. Limitation of Liability
SYVE Eyewear is not liable for technical display errors. Our maximum liability in the event of any failure arising from non-fulfillment of contractual obligations is strictly limited to the amount paid by the customer for the respective product.
9. Governing Law
Disputes arising in the course of commercial transactions will first be resolved amicably. If unresolved, disputes will be submitted to the competent courts of the State of New York, governed by the laws of the United States.
